Jennifer Hogan is the Director of the Town Center Community Alliance (TCCA), the nonprofit partner organization established by the Town Center Community Improvement District (TCCID) in 2015.
In this position, she will develop and manage strategies to acquire and distribute philanthropic funds for the greenspace development within the TCCID. Jennifer leads the organization with a distinct vision for the beautification and creative place-making initiatives within the community.
Jennifer brings over twelve years of nonprofit and fundraising experience to the TCCA. Beginning in 2014, she served as the Development Director for the Center for Family Resources (CFR), a nonprofit in Marietta, Georgia. She was a member of CFR’s executive leadership and management team and lead several board and volunteer committees. With shared responsibilities for fundraising initiatives, Jennifer increased the annual revenue budget of the organization by 53%. As Development Coordinator, she gained experience in donor strategies, grant writing, special event campaigns and the management of marketing and volunteer teams.
Originally from Texas, Jennifer was raised in the Marietta area and is now a dedicated member of the community. She is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Cobb and a 2017/2018 board member of the Rotary Club of Marietta. Additionally, Jennifer is a member of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of Fundraising Professionals and of Cobb Executive Women.
Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Human Services and Nonprofit Management. She earned the designation of Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) from CFRE International and is a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA) through the Council of Volunteer Administrators. She and her husband, Scott, live in Holly Springs with their children, Brecken and Adelyn.
