Bells Ferry Trailhead
- Access point to the Noonday Creek Trail
- 50-space parking lot
- Restroom facility with drinking fountain
- Bike share station
The Bells Ferry Trailhead is the district’s easternmost point of the Noonday Creek Trail. In 2017, we updated the area to provide trail-friendly amenities such as a restroom, parking lot, trash receptacles, bike rental station, benches, lighting, landscaping and water fountains for people and pets. In October 2019, we extended the concrete pad at the bike share station to create room for potential additions.
The goal of this project was to provide needed amenities for trail visitors. These improvements have created a comfortable and safe starting point for any trail journey.

Thanks to a generous donation from the new Edison Chastain development, the Alliance received more than two acres of land adjacent to the trailhead, which it will use to extend the trailhead property with usable public greenspace.
