Jennifer Hogan is the Director of the Town Center Community Alliance (TCCA), the nonprofit partner organization established by the Town Center Community Improvement District (TCCID) in 2015.
In this position, she develops and manages strategies to enrich the CID’s integral infrastructure projects with beautification and quality of life programs by engaging a broader community and fostering philanthropic investments. Jennifer leads the organization with a distinct vision for the creative placemaking initiatives within the community that activate the physical and social environment.
With 15 years of non-profit experience, she served as the Development Director and Development Coordinator for the Center for Family Resources (CFR), a nonprofit in Marietta, Georgia. She was a member of CFR’s executive leadership and management team and lead several board and volunteer committees. She also has experience in donor strategies, grant writing, special event campaigns and non-profit marketing. Jennifer has also held positions with O’Neill & Associates, a fundraising consulting firm, and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Originally from Texas, Jennifer was raised in the Marietta area and is now a dedicated member of the community. She is a member of the 2020 Honorary Commanders class, a 2015 graduate of Leadership Cobb, and held board positions with Cobb Young Professionals and the Rotary Club of Marietta. Additionally, Jennifer is a member of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of Fundraising Professionals and of Cobb Executive Women.
Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Human Services and Nonprofit Management. She earned the designation of Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) from CFRE International and is a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA) through the Council of Volunteer Administrators. Jennifer resides in Holly Springs with her husband Scott and their two children, Brecken and Adelyn.
