Jennifer Cain Named Executive Director Of Town Center Community Alliance

January 11, 2018

Town Center CID (TCCID) is pleased to announce that Jennifer Cain has been promoted to Executive Director of the Town Center Community Alliance.

Cain joined the nonprofit partner organization of the TCCID in 2017 and has played an integral role in creating the Alliance and advancing its priorities. Cain came to the TCCID from the Marietta-based Center for Family Resources (CFR), where she served since 2006.

“Jennifer has done a terrific job of building the Alliance from its inception and making its goals and vision a reality,” said Tracy Rathbone, Executive Director, TCCID.

Jennifer was raised in the Marietta area, is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Cobb and serves on the Rotary Club of Marietta board of directors. Additionally, Jennifer is a member of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of Fundraising Professionals and of Cobb Executive Women. Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Human Services and Nonprofit Management. She earned the designation of Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) from CFRE International and is a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA) through the Council of Volunteer Administrators.

Established in 2015 by the Town Center Community Improvement District (TCCID), the Town Center Community Alliance is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to shaping the future of Town Center by supporting and funding beautification, greenspace and other quality of life initiatives that help foster a sense of place within the district. The Alliance seeks to preserve and enhance the area’s natural beauty while creating opportunities for outdoor recreation by developing parks, trails, landscapes, artwork displays and other quality of life initiatives, like the Zagster Town Center Bike Share program
